Ajith’s Next Film Stuck In Discussions

Ajith Kumar returned to Chennai and was expected to start his next film tentatively called AK64. However the project has not started yet which has created strong buzz everywhere.

Some of the reports say the delay is due to salary discussions between Ajith and the producers.

Ajith is said to be firm about his fee and talks are still going on. He is reportedly asking around Rs 150 to 180 crore as per the talks.

In 2025 Ajith had two releases. Vidaamuyarchi did not perform well but Good Bad Ugly became a hit. After this success director Adhik Ravichandran was expected to handle AK 64.

Though the shoot was expected to start soon, it is delayed. Fans are now waiting for an official update.
